Awesome little diner. We were in town for a ballgame and a friend recommended we stop at Echo for breakfast. I got the hot mess and my wife got the ranchero wrap, both were excellent. We also got fresh made blueberry pie to go, also excellent. Their food is all very delicious, perfectly cooked, and they give you very generous portions. The staff was all super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is that of a classic diner. There is plenty of seating either at the counter or at tables, it's much bigger than it looks from the outside. Overall a fantastic experience and we will definitely be stopping by again whenever we are in Cincinnati.

Service was awesome! Our server was so friendly and helpful in dishing out suggestions (it was our first time here). Food and drinks were served really quickly and I love the options of different jelly to go with our sides. We greatly enjoyed our meal and the cozy ambience. Would love to be back!

This place has amazing food and the best service I have had in a very long time anywhere! I highly recommend. We waited in line for about a half an hour but it was well worth it. The staff was friendly and inviting while we were waiting in line. If you have the opportunity to stop in, you should definitely do so.
